    When I open a game my internet dies


    It all started before 2 weeks. Now every time I open my pc it is fine until I open a game. When I open the game fifa and try to go online the internet disconnects. When I go to the WiFi settings I click on my internet name and I click connect. When I do that the network disappears and I egt a message that says no networks available. Any way to fix it?

    The issue occur due to connection problem to your PC. In order for us to assist you, please answer the questions below:

    • Were there any error messages?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Internet Explorer won't open

    Hi,

    • If you cannot start Internet Explorer, you can open the settings window by pressing Windows Key + R, typing "inetcpl.cpl" in the Run box, and then pressing Enter. After the
      window is open, follow the steps that are described in the "How to reset Internet Explorer settings" section.
    If above steps failed to solve.

    • Try to create new user account and then open IE.

    Or

    • Try clean installation method to reset your system.

    • Please specify the game you are having issue with?
    • Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
    • Also, did you download the game from windows Store?
    For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
    • Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
    • Follow the onscreen instructions.
