    when i open file explorer it tells me to sign in but when i click sign in it tells me to sign into an acc i dont have access to and im trying to delete somthing and its telling me i need perms from my computer that im using now to delete it

    Is there a list of Windows executables which are signed?

    I'm looking for a list of windows executables, dll's and services which are known to be signed.

    There are many execuatable which are part of OS but are not digitally signed, I need a list that will tell me which ones are signed by default.

    Such list could then be used to detect discrepancies!

    Right click on the Start Menu, choose Search:
