Windows 10: when i open my internet explorer its being close immediately

i have a problem when i open my internet explorer its being close immediately and my windows photo viewer is not working . not showing photo in thumbnail and not opening photos

Internet Explorer 9 won't run

That's the exact problem i'm having. I did the first two and nothing happens, but when I try and do the troubleshooting step I don't have the internet explorer performance troubleshooter. Oddly both my x64 systems don't have it but my x86 one does.

 

My internet explorer 11 keeps shutting down when I open it.

The initial troubleshooting steps you can try is to reset Internet Explorer. Follow the steps below to reset Internet Explorer.

• Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows.
• Press the Windows key + R.
• At the command prompt that comes up, type inetcpl.cpl and then hit Enter.
• When Internet Options opens, select the Advanced tab.
• Look for Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
• Choose Reset.
• When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the default settings, select
  Close.
