Windows 10: When I Open Startup Apps Setting it gets suspended and closes .

So , I Just started my laptop and it said "services.exe is now configured to services.exe run at startup " . Then i got a threat which is the services.exe , so i removed it through the security app . and now When I Open Startup Apps Setting it gets suspended and closes . in task manager it shows that it is suspended. and the settings app close here are the apps that are shown as configured to run at start up on my laptop . pls is anyone there to help me and solve this problem? and also my default language changes to eng uk and i want eng india pls help.

Can't close open apps

If you always use the back arrow instead of the window key you will close apps. Hold down the arrow and note your open apps. Then use the single arrow key a few times and you not only cycle thru the apps you have open but close them as you leave. Hold
down the arrow again to see your open apps and you will notice a smaller list.

I too would prefer a way to close certain apps only but so far the suspend feature in windows 8 phone works very well. I don't notice any performance hit on my phone with a over 16 apps open.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable
