Task Manager overrun with unidentified Processes

    That's normal. (Multipe svchost.exe services)

    See:
    https://www.askvg.com/windows-10-fix...-task-manager/

RE: Process Hacker. You can open the services tab then press Ctrl+A then right click then select "copy" and paste them into a text file or paste the list here. Maybe there's something obvious that stands out.

    How To Freeze Task Manager

These suggestions will freeze it, but the way you describe the problem, it is not sorted correctly making it jump as you say. Click the column header "Name" to sort the processes alphabetically and that will likely stop the jumping around.

When I open task manager, it freezes and shows a bunch of window host processes

when i open the task manager and it have 4 console window host

    Thank you for that information

Open Task Manager, then select the Processes tab.

Right click any column header at the top and enable the Command Line header

    Expand the Command Line column.

When you see those 'console window host' processes, please provide a screenshot of that Task Manager window showing all text in the Command Line column.
