Windows 10: When i play certain games and i press any button that is not the arrow keys, it makes the...

I've tried restarting my computer. At first it worked but now it dose not. There is no error message, It just makes a sound.

1. Yes for scrolling it works fine

2. Not that i am aware of

3. Yes all that use arrow keys and even WASD keys so not just limited to arrows

4. Yes and they are set to the right keys!
