    When I plug in my microphone, one side of my headphones turns off.


    When I plug in my headphones in the front panel of my pc, one side of the headphones stops working, but if I plug it on the back panel windows registers it as speakers so I cant really use my headphones with the poor sound volume.

    Clicked on cog (its same with Mic in and Headphone)

    Wrench (also same with headphone and Mic in)

    This is all i know btw when i click headphone it says mic is unplugged and when i do Mic in it says speakers are unplugged and mic is on.

    Lenovo G510: Microphone not working when headphones plugged in

    When I plug my headphones in to talk to friends on Facebook Call, they are reporting that my microphone is not working. It is a Conexant Audio microphone and yes, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, with no luck. Any suggestions would
    be helpful.

    Question on microphone/headphone combo

    My niece bought me a microphone/headphone combination for my pc, but after I put in a new motherboard and windows 10 the microphone plug doesn't work on my front of the case, but it will work on the one in the back. Problem is the green headphone can't be used because the speakers are plugged into the green plug slot. Is there an extension or something that I can plug into the green headphone jack and be able to reach the headphones plug on my speakers? I really don't feel like getting on my knees each time I want to use the headphones because I would have to unplug the pink for microphone and be able to reach the green headphones plug.
