    ding dong ding noise never ending cycle.

    my windows in annoying me so much, i keep hearing the sound as if i plugged in a new controller or keyboard or my wifi is back on. i hear that windows ding dong ding and then 30 seconds later i hear the dong ding dong as if it was plugged out and the cycle repeats every thirty seconds something was plugged in then plugged out. i restarted my pc many times pls help. and my notifications sound is off

    1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig

    2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
      Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
      NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
