Windows 10: when i plugged in, my screen become black

Discus and support when i plugged in, my screen become black in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; hirecently i buy my laptopless than one month and when i plugged it in or out, suddenly my screen turn off and when i move my mouse it turn on again....     when i plugged in, my screen become black


    hirecently i buy my laptopless than one month and when i plugged it in or out, suddenly my screen turn off and when i move my mouse it turn on again. just for few seconds it's happening.if any one could help, i would appreciate it.
