Windows 10: when i press "pgdwn" it types "t" and letter "t" got the same behavior as pgdwn

yesterday i turned on my pc and open a browser and i found out when i type t it scrolls down and i havent tried fixiing it yet and need a method to fix it somehow

USB temporary Drive letters not clearing

I suggest you try this:

• Make sure all your documents are closed.
• Press the Windows key.
• Type the letters cmd.exe but do NOT press Enter.
• Right-click the "Console" frame up the top then left-click "Run as administrator". You will get a challenge, then a black window.
• Type these commands:
  
  mountvol /R
  
  shutdown /R /F /t 3

 

Control + Shift + T Issue.

I forgot to mention, that the hotkey works system-wide.

Here's a list of the letters next to the symbol it generates (I made this list once before but I accidentally pressed control + shift + w and my browser closed on me).

r = ®

t = ™

o = ✓

f = ♂

m = ♂

h = ♥

c = ♣

n = №

m = ♀

control shift x has the weirdest hotkey effect, it changed the typing direction, from right to left
