Windows 10: When i press the "x" or "g" key on my keyboard, it types "xg" and when i press the "b" key...

I've tried resetting my computer, or changing the port, or reinstalling drivers, nothing seems to work.

pressing the letter g types xg. pressing b also turns on and off the volume.

Prior to the issue, is there any changes on your computer? Please try to pertorm the methods below.

Method 1: Update Driver

1. Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
2. Locate and expand Keyboards
3. Right-click on the driver and select Update driver
4. Select Search automatically for drivers
5. Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.

Method 2: Roll-back driver

1. Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
2. Locate and expand Keyboards
3. Right-click on the driver and select Update driver
4. Select Browse my computer for drivers
5. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
6. Select any older driver from the list and click next
7. Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.

Keyboard is typing multiple things when a key is pressed

To better understand your concern about your device's keyboard, we'd like to know the following:

• The last activities performed on your device prior to the issue.
  
• If you were cleaning your keyboard prior to the issue.
• If your device has been exposed to any type of liquid.
• Make and model of your device.

In the meantime, you can perform the following to isolate the unintentional use of the
Fn key on your keyboard:

• If your laptop has a numeric keypad, press and hold Fn and NumLock
  keys on your keyboard.
• If numeric pad is not available, press and hold Fn and CapsLock keys on your keyboard.

Letter ‘g’ is entered whenever there is any key being pressed on the keyboard

My laptop keyboard is acting weird, when I press any key on the keyboard, the key ‘g’ will be entered as well but this problem is intermediate(sometimes happen, sometime don’t). I’ve tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and also testing with another keyboard, but no luck, the same problem still exist, the only way now I’m able to type is using the on screen keyboard, or I disable the particular key ’g’ to use the keyboard without g. The keyboard key is not stuck either. I’ve tested with the keyboard tester, and the g key will only be trigger is another key on the keyboard is pressed. Is there any possibility that this problem is caused by virus or malware?
