Windows 10: when i put my labtop on sleep or hibernate the window KEY on the keyboard stopped working...

when i put my labtop on sleep or hibernate the window key button stopped working so i have to restart the laptop so it work again

There are many possible reasons for this hibernation and sleep not working issue. The most common causes are
corrupted Power settings or outdated display drivers. In order for us to efficiently assist you with your concern regarding the issue of waking up from sleep/hibernation, we just have a few questions for you:

• Have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to the issue?
• Did you get any error messages upon waking up your computer from hibernation/sleep?
• Have you also tried performing the power troubleshooter?

If you still haven't, we suggest trying the steps below:

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

Delete the current power plan and create it again.

Keyboard not responding after sleep or hibernate

Hi,

This is with respect to an issue that occurred after recent windows update. The keyboard becomes unresponsive after waking from sleep or hibernate. Fn+Ins (Sleep button) works fine for going to sleep and USB external keyboard
also works fine. Sometimes the computer shuts down during sleep and boots freshly after waking up. This happened to me after updating windows to April update. I have tried almost every fix in vain.

1. Deleted keyboard driver in device manager and restarted
2. Rolled back to previous BIOS
3. Reset the OS
4. Factory recovery
5. Clean install OS

Please clarify me on how to tackle this issue. My system is DELL XPS 9550a

random keyboard keys stop working?

i went out today and everything was fine, i come home and three random keys stopped working, maybe more i havent noticed yet. the three key on the left side of the keyboard not working, the left shift stopped working, and the enter key stopped working, but the one on the numpad works fine. no one was home to use it, nothing spilled on it, i tried it on another computer and same deal. im gonna go buy a new one tomorrow but it makes me sad cause i loved this keyboard lol, microsoft ergonomic 4000. ill probably buy the same exact one if its in stock tomorrow, this one lasted or 4 years about. im just confused why three random keys spread out stopped working at the same time...seems very weird
