  1. When I restart my computer with some programs running, the programs would still be on once...

I've noticed it happen several times. Just now, I restarted my PC with Netflix open in Chrome. When my laptop booted up, Chrome is still open and it's on Netflix. It's happened before where other programs were open when I restarted, and it was open again after the laptop booted up.

I don't like this feature as the only reason I restart my laptop is to make sure that all programs and unknown processes are shut down so that my laptop's in a "clean slate", more or less. So how do I disable this feature?

  2. Open a running program

    Hi,

Which program are you referring to?

If Windows states that the program but can't see it, then I would suggest you check in the task manager if the program is running in the background. Right click on the start menu and select "Task manager" and check if the process is listed in the processes
that are running currently. If yes, right click on the program and click on "End task" to end the process completely. Now restart the PC and try launching the program. If the issue persists, get back to us with the name of the application that you are trying
to use so that we can check suggest accordingly.
