Windows 10: When I restart my laptop it says updates are underway and it restarts to a bsod and loops.

I am having an issue with my new laptop with windows 11 22h2 it doesn't install new updates and when I restart the laptop it says updates are underway and without any persentage it suddenly restarts when my laptop logo shows up the loading lags and goes to bsod and restarts automatically and loops until I turn of manually by holding power button.I tried startup repair but again it goes to that bsod.I have created a restore point when I bought laptop so I just restore my laptop back to normal.But when I thought my problem was fix a popup shows up saying user account control is on please restart

Getting a boot loop that states “updates underway keep computer on” and then restarts and then does same loop again infinitely. Tried getting in safe mode by turning power off and on and when it finally says “preparing automatic repair” a BSOD appears and it restarts again

 

Restart Loop

My laptop (Dell Inspiron) went through an update. When it turns on now the dell logo appears, then it says “Updates are underway. Please keep computer on” then it says “Restarting” then it turns off and restarts the loop from the beginning with the Dell logo. I have tried force restarting it and it just starts the loop over again.

Dell laptop stuck in “updates are underway” loop

My Dell Inspiron 15 laptop is undergoing a loop of “Updates are underway. Please keep your computer on.” and then “Restarting” loop. It has been like this for 3 days and has no sign of stopping or any fix so far. Does anyone have a solution to my issue?
