When I right click an image or anything on any browser it has greyed out the option to save image as which is quite annoying. Another thing that is probably related to this is that if I right click my desktop it says I cant paste anything either.

E51 - Browser Right Click

You can save images in the S60 browser, go to Options>Tools>View images. You will see a list of images in the page, select any one to view it, then Options>Save.

It's a bit complicated, but the browser is based on Safari which is designed for Mac computers which have no right button to click.

• Open Microsoft Edge browser.
• Open the image/picture you want to download.
• Right click on the image/picture.
• Click on save picture option.
• A window shall popup to select the storage location.

Windows 10 mail image attachments cant "save as"

As you are facing issue with the Windows 10 mail image attachments.

We have figured out and recognized that, you will not find option to
Save, print or move except the Copy option available for the Windows 10 mail image attachments.

• Open the image you want to copy or save.
• Click on Settings.
• Right hand side select the feedback option and provide feedback for the same.
