Windows 10: When i right click, my desktop freezes besides the spining load wheel and windows bar.

I tried completely factory data resetting the pc and it wont even let me do that! It keeps saying we ran into a problem and cant reset your pc without explination. ran multiple troubleshooters and still no luck

Laptop freezing after loading desktop

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I couldn't seem to find a better board for it

My sisters laptop has started freezing once on desktop, it doesn't appear to load any programs, just freezes without showing start bar, just the desktop items, a few times it's not even got to the Windows boot screen before freezing. We've tried leaving it on for hours and it still stays frozen.

One thing that I think may be something to do with it is that it now needs to be plugged in constantly, otherwise the battery dies extremely fast when its not plugged in. Is the battery dieing and on it's last leg? Any thoughts or ideas on what to do? Thanks,

 

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Windows boots to the desktop then freezes

Yeah...I went to google and got the F8...lol*Stick Out Tongue ....thxxx

It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

Any suggestions where I might start ?
