Windows 10: When I right-click to "save as" whether it be a file or picture and on a webpage or just...

It can take about 5 to 20 seconds before I get a response but it does eventually work but is very annoying, it started around 2 months ago and it occurs with any browser Chrome or Edge, or in the windows operating system.It can be "save as" or "save link as" or "save file", it doesn't seem to matter which operation I try, but as I said it eventually works but can take up to 30secs or more for some tasksHere's the result from Explorer failure " Review problem report " DescriptionA problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.Faultin

This issue might occur if webpage is not saved properly.

To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

• When you say that "1 suggestion was ctrl s the n ctrl a", how exactly have you tried to used the keyboard command for saving the webpages?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps to save the webpage on the computer and check if it helps.

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.

2. Right click on the webpage link and then click on Save target as
and then save the webpage.

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

Lost Picture ID + all photo files and Touchpad

I would like to ask if the option to keep files and settings was selected at the time of roll back to previous version.

Also, some files may be hidden. So, I suggest you to check the size of the drive where the photos were saved. If the files are hidden, suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type/ (copy & paste) the below command line.

Attrib –h –r –s /s /d D:*.* (Replace the letter ”D” with the drive letter where the photos were saved)

Check if the photos are available.

For the ID picture on sign-in, can set it again by following the steps below:

• Go to PC Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• In the right pane, click on Browse under Add a Picture.
• Select the desired picture and click on OK.
