Windows 10: When I select one of the options on the Clipboard menu Windows+V nothing happen

When I select one of the options on the Clipboard menu Windows+V nothing happen. I did whatever was suggested as a solution for clipboard problems but it is unsolvedI think it happened after last update of windows

How to select an entry from clipboard history?

When you select one of the options on the Clipboard menu (Windows + V), this option becomes the main option on the clipboard. If you Ctrl + V or right-click> Paste in any location, it will paste the option you selected.

If you are typing in a text box, press Windows + V and select an option, it will paste it immediately into the text box.

 

Windows Clipboard (Windowns Key + V) Not Showing Up

Problem: When I press the Windows key + V, the Clipboard history menu does not show up.

Windows Info: Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 Build 19044.1706

Details:

• The Clipboard menu worked fine a week ago.
  
• Just copying and pasting using Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V still works.
  

Things I've Tried Already:

1. Enabling "Clipboard History" in Clipboard settings

2. Turning on "Sync Across Devices" in Clipboard settings

3. Clearing clipboard data from Clipboard settings

4. Changing regedit values

5. Changing group policy values

6. Running sfc /scannow

7. Running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

8. Restarting File Explorer from Task Manager

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Feature suggestions - move to proper menus, add Options window

Suggestions:
1) Remove main menus from top left menu (system menu) and move them to a standard Windows menu, at the top.
Leave the 6 system menu items (Restore --- Close) in system menu, move all the rest to that standard main menu. The main menu can be auto-hidable - pressing Alt key to invoke it or hide it, similar to the way IE11 menus and many Windows 10 built-in apps' menus work.

2) And/or, add an Options menu or button, which would invoke a separate screen with GPU-Z Options, similar to how most Windows apps work.
Most Windows apps have a separate Options screen, which GPU-Z lacks - one should be added.
