    Why is xbox incompatible with windows coding?

    as far as i know the xbox runs a windows kernel with directx

    According to my googling Gow ultimate is a play anywhere title List of all Xbox Play Anywhere games

    But I don't think u can redeem the Xbox code on the PC app. I do know that when I bought a play anywhere title physically it had the code for PC inside
