Windows 10: When I shift from one desktop to another desktop then this happens .

Hi ,When I shift from one desktop to another desktop then this happen The thing which is opened in microsoft edge opens in file explorer and when I close file in file explorer then it also got close in edge

Resize and rearrange desktop icons with ctrl+shift+(1-0)

To change your desktop icons from vertical to horizontal, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on your desktop.
• Select small icons.

Once done, try to change again the size and display of your desktop icons using the
Ctrl+shift+(1-0) mode and check if the same issue persists.

Desktop shifted up by a few pixels

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try that the next time this happens.

But I don't think that is the problem, since in one of the images, you can see the cutoff portion of the wallpaper at the bottom of the screen. Also, there are a lot of windows that were open at the time, but these little white bars at the bottom were missing. Did you notice that?

 

I don't know what happened, this happened to all of my desktop icons and i would really like to fix it.

To restore your desktop icons to its original appearance, please follow the steps below:

• Right-click anywhere on the desktop.
• Click View.
• Select Medium icons.

The appearance of the icons will change if you'll press CTRL + Shift + 8. It produces different views when used on any folder including Windows desktop.
