My computer informs me that I am not in the united kingdom when I am in the united kingdom at home. How can this problem be solved please.

I am set up on the National Lottery site for email alerts when there is a rollover - all has been working well for months but recently these email notifications have been arriving several hours after the event, meaning I miss playing the lottery! I contacted
the National Lottery and they have confirmed that their notifications are sent out well in time - it's only emails from this site which appear to be arriving late. Any ideas as to what could be the problem? The emails are sent to my gmail.com account, and
I use Chrome

Glad to be of assistance, Brian. If you're using hotmail or a Microsoft account for email, it's possible that the mail from National Lottery gets filtered by your settings. However, I'm not entirely sure if this is the case with yours. All I can suggest
is to get in contact with Google Support as they may even have an explanation on why is this happening on your end. Here's a

Outside/other appsHI

Hi, from the National Lottery website, it downloads to the phone but when I click it states it needs a downloader app and gives me an option to click to the store on the phone to get one.

I followed Lottos instructions and also the developer setting on the phone which says it allows for outside apps.

Have only had this phone a week and am pretty sick of it already haha.
