Windows 10: When I start applications they always open in small or minimized screen.

When I open a program it always starts minimized or in small mode, I want them to always open in maximized screen, I don't know how to solve it.

Applications opening too small

Certain applications, including (but not limited to) Photoshop open far too small making them unusable.

Note that it is only the application opening too small, the other items on the desktop seem fine. Resolution is set to 3200 x 1800 and I've experimented with different resolutions without success.

 

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
