Windows 10: when i start it says innecasable boot device 2 days after that it keeps restarting and then...

At first sorry my english is not that good. My problem is since 2020 my pc coul not update but i just ignored it and a week ago i resetet it and now i when i start it says innecasable boot device 2 days after that it keeps restarting and then shows me the blue screen with the error code and then restarts again and again

Unable to boot the device with error: 0xc0000428 on Windows 10

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• What is the complete error message along with the error code of this issue?
• From when are you facing this issue?
• Have you make any hardware/ software changes to your device prior to this issue?

I would like to inform that when you attempt to start a Windows 10 system, the system fails to start normally and you receive an error:
0xc0000428 for the signed driver dlkmdldr.sys. Do confirm us if you are facing the same issue.

Try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to remove all the external devices except mouse and keyboard, hard reboot the device and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to boot the device by choosing the "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" mode from the advanced boot menu, you would be able to boot the system to the desktop.

• Try to boot the device to Windows Recovery Environment
• Click on Advanced options, Startup Settings
  and Restart.
• Once the computer restarts, press F7 key to start he device on
  Disable Driver Signature Enforcement mode.
• Check if the computer boot successfully.

Step 3: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device after restarting the computer.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Cannot Start PC: Missing Boot Configuration Data

Windows version: 10.0.19041.631

I reinstalled windows 10 with the keep data and app option a week ago.
Today, a BSOD happened and it was something like "page fault in nonpaged area". I forgot to record down the specific message.
Now I cannot start my PC at all. I get this 0xc0000098 error on every boot:

I have tried the following in order:

• I have tried step #1,2,3,4 here: How to Fix Windows Boot Error 0xc0000098 Quickly In fix #3, Bootrec /fixboot gave me "Access denied" so I stopped there.
• I have also tried the solution involving diskpart suggested by u/Tekkie_Boy here: Windows Says Boot File is Missing | Error Code 0xc0000098 : Windows10
  I got "Boot files created successfully" but the same error occurs after windows is restarted.
• Bootrec /rebuildbcd gives me "the requested system device cannot be found" after it finds 1 identified Windows installation and saying yes to installing it to boot list.
• Macrium Reflect Rescue USB's "Fix Windows boot problems" option didn't work.

Could someone help me please.

Method 1: Run the Power Troubleshooter and check:

Follow the below steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the left hand side.
• Select Power Troubleshooter.
• Click next and follow the onscreen instructions

If you are unable to perform the above steps, please follow the below procedure.



I suggest you to perform a Clean Boot in Safe Mode and check if it helps.

Method 2: Start computer in safe mode and then perform clean boot.



Step 1: Start computer in safe mode

  When you hit the power button in Windows 8.1 (through Charms Bar), hold down the
  Shift key when clicking the Restart button.
  
• 
  The next screen will present you with three options. Click
  Troubleshoot.
  
• 
  Next, hit advanced options followed by
  Windows StartupSettings from the next screen.
  
  Your PC will now be rebooted to enable the advanced parameters, which include Safe Mode as well. Once it restarts, you’ll get nine options whereby the following commands apply:

  F4 for Safe Mode

  F5 for Safe Mode with Networking
  
• 
  F6 for Safe Mode with Command Prompt

  Step 2: Perform clean boot to avoid any third party software conflict.

  Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
