when i start my computer, and then just opens chrome, a while later cmd window pops and closes and also i see a green logo on the task bar of some app at that interval of time and it closes my chrome too. But this happens only in the beginning only once. Please tell how can i fix it?

Chrome opens when starting the PC.

The past 2 days chrome has suddenly started to boot when I access my PC. Chrome isn't listed in the startup menu or anywhere else. The only thing I see is that sometimes a cmd window pops-up and directly closes again. How can I go about to fix this?

As per the issue description on one of the three users Chrome is not working.
I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• The account on which you are facing issue with Chrome, does it have the administrator permission?
• Have you check with other browser? Was the result same?
• Is the issue specific to only one application or facing issue with other application too?

First, I would suggest you to use Internet Explorer and see if it brings any difference.
Here are the steps through which you can use Internet Explorer.

• 
  Press the Windows key.
  
• 
  Type Internet Explorer in the search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Internet Explorer
  (Desktop app).
  
• 
  Select Pint to task bar.
  
• 
  Try to use Internet Explorer from there and see if it brings any difference.
  

If you still want to use Chrome then I would suggest you to open the application Chrome in administrator mode and see if it brings any difference. Here are the steps through which you can open Chrome in Administrator mode.

• Press the Windows key or click on Start icon.
• Type Google Chrome.
• Right click on Google Chrome and select the option to Run As Administrator.
• If everything works fine by running chrome in administrator mode then you may pin it to the task bar.

Weird CMD windows popping up

I was wondering whether anyone has any ideas as to how I can find out what's going on.

When using my computer, I keep getting (every 30 mins or so) windows popping up and disappearing a millisecond later. I'm pretty sure it's not my imagination as It brings me out of full screen, if I am playing a game. I think they are command prompt windows, but I can't be sure as it closes so fast.

Does anyone know a way to track what windows have been launched? I was thinking I might be able to use Fraps or something similar to make a video and go through it frame-by-frame, but I'm hoping there's an easier way.

I have Kaspersky AV and Mlwarebytes on my computer and am hoping something hasn't gotten past them (both scan as clean)
