Windows 10: When i start my pc it doesnt let me open any programs and then few seconds later it crashes.

I bought a brand new pre build pc back in 2022 for 2.5k$, after a few months i started to get these crashes. 2 months ago i bought another new pc for 3.5k$ and i hoped this problem was gone but i also have this with my other brand new pc... When i bring it back to the store, they tell me ''we dont find any issues'' and they send me away.Could this be any problem with my power suply? Can someone help me with this please? i''m done watching youtube for 2-4h/day to try to solve this issue.. Any Program Starts and then 10 seconds later Closes. Why?

My system is 64 Bit Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19043 with Update 21H1 My program was working. I saved a copy of my work then later came back to continue working. The program would start then 10 seconds later would close. My programs including Teamspeak, Mobile Plans, Zoom, Windows Administrative Tools, Notepad and many 3rd party programs now all do the same thing. The only programs that will continue to work are MS Office, File Explorer, Task Manager and MS Edge. I am able to open JPG files in File Explorer. If I go into Settings and go to Update & Security, Recovery, Reset This Computer, the routine will open but then close 5 - 10 seconds later. I can go to Control Panel, select uninstall a program and the routine will start and then close. I cannot install a program through Control Panel nor can I run Restore.exe. The programs or routines start and the close without achieving a result. As I have indicated the computer was working well, it had not been turned off and then when I came back to do more work the above problems occurred. Can anybody suggest the next step other than re-formatting the drive?

 

Xbox app crashing seconds after opening

troubleshooter found nothing, xbox support couldnt help.

though it appears to be my friends list loading that crashes the app, i have a 2 second window between opening the app and it crashing and if i can in that window change it from showing friends to recent players the app doesnt crash

 

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
