Windows 10: When I startup my computer, I get a anti virus notification for "blank.aes".

So, When I startup my computer, I instantly get a notification for "Trojan:Script/Phonzy.B!ml" and it shows "blank.aes" for the virus, I been getting this for days and days, please help me.
