Windows 10: when i troubleshoot my activation it says something interupted it, to check my internet...

ive tried to activate my pc but it says key doesnt work and when i troubleshoot my activation it says something inerupted it and to check my internet setting even when im connected and i found post saying to click on i changed my hardware recently option on my pc it doesnt show up

For verification, now you are saying it isn't activated and Microsoft won't help you?

So now I have a clean install and windows is activated, what are my steps to find out why my original windows install wasn’t activated......

I await instructions........

and apart from checking activation, I do everything else as per your suggestions......will in future check validated once a month.......

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

Method 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Network Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
