Windows 10: When I try t try to type in Windows 10 this pop-up menu jumps out

When I try to type in Windows 10 this pop-up menu jums out and makes it impossible to continue writing.
If there is a solution for this please write.

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

cannot turn off jump list

Hi Rohit,

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to turn off the Jump Lists on Windows 10:

• Go to Start menu, search Settings, then press
  Enter.
• Click Personalization.
• Select Start.
• Turn off the Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or taskbar.

On upgrade to Windows 10 1607, jump list arrows no longer appear on start menu items

First off, there is no arrow next to File Explorer on the Start Menu. All jump lists on the Start Menu are disabled after the upgrade. Disabling jump lists and rebooting just had the effect of getting rid of all my most recent files in the jump lists (but
not my pinned files). Jump lists still do not appear next to the most used apps in the Start menu.

This is very frustrating because this feature worked fine in the 1511 and 1024 versions. It seems like every new version of Windows 10 breaks something.

Cortana is disabled by group policy, if that would have any effect on the Start menu.

What I mean by "Most used" are the six most frequently used apps that appear above the alphabetical list of apps in the Start menu. For me, it is Firefox, Thunderbird, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Paint. None of them have jump list arrows in the new 1607
Start menu. The only place jump lists work is in the taskbar.
