    When I try to change my password, I keep getting the error message "something went wrong".


    I keep getting the same error message "something went wrong, try again". I've seen other people post this question and no moderators answers the question. They just stop the conversation. Please help me remedy this problem?

    Cannot change hotmail password

    I am unable to change hotmail password. I know my security answers. I can also go to the next step and when I put a new password, I get an error message that something is wrong currently. Please try again later.
