    having trouble logging in on minecraft

    whenever i try to log in on minecraft in the minecraft launcher, it says:

    "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live

    Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. (0x8000000D)"

    then when i go out of that it says in a red box in the top right corner:

    "Error Code: 0x8000000d code: Deep Ocean. Something went wrong in the login process. Please check the Xbox App for potential errors. For more information, go HERE or contact Customer Support directly."

    i looked up the error code, i tried everything, i asked my friends, and i couldnt find anything that might work. so if anyone can find any possible solution, please tell me.

    The error message "0x8000000D" you are encountering may indicate that your device's network environment may not be able to establish a good network connection with the Xbox Live.

    Due to the complexity of the network architecture itself, there are many potential micro factors behind this macro problem.



    We've noticed that other users have reported similar issues.

    Depending on the information in these threads, you may need to perform a variety of tests, including application-level, local data-level, and network-level, account level. The pictures below are part of the thread information.

    Network steps for native devices are provided at this link.

    (Only applicable to troubleshooting the network of the local device, does not involve any server-side adjustments, such as Xbox Live)

    If the problem persists, there may be some deeper factor that we cannot ascertain.

    For such cases, it would be better to contact a team with more expertise in this field. As the error message mentioned the Support team.
