My son is 11 & has to have my permission to sign in. When I try to sign in using the correct Microsoft username/pw combo, it reroutes me to reenter the information. Stuck in a loop. I did a reset & it's still doing the same thing.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

firefox wont remember username and pw?

before friday i was able to save my username and password and it would remember each time i went to the site, even after i closed the browser and opened it again

but now no matter where i go, it always asks for me to enter in the username and password (sometimes if im lucky it has it already filled out but it wont auto login)

does anyone know what is wrong?
