Windows 10: When i try to open microsoft defender it give me the error "your admin has limited access""

ive tried everything i can but nothing is working, how do i fix this? ive tried the removing work or school account, the cmd promt things, and i cant do the group policy editor method because nothing opens when i type it into windows+R.

Windows Security "Limited access by IT Admin"

Step 1:

• Download FixList.txt
  

• Save Fixlist.txt in the same folder where EnglishFRST64.exe is.
  
• Close all program windows.
  

• Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
  
• Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.
  
• Reboot Windows when prompted.
  

Step 2:

Ensure the system is connected to the internet.

From an admin Command Prompt, run:

• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  

And then run:

• SFC /scannow
  

After the command completes, reboot Windows.

Open Windows Security and check the status of your antivirus.

The Real-time protection cannot be turned on and an IT admin limited access popup is showing...

The services configuration looks fine, but Microsoft Defender Antivirus is not starting. It's stuck in the "Start_Pending" state.

1) Run a Malwarebytes scan if not already done.

2) Complete the steps listed under the section "Step 2: Repair/Restore the Windows Defender Service" in this article. Note: you need to import the REG file from Safe mode, or using TrustedInstaller, as described in the article.

3) Restart Windows.

4) Open a Command Prompt (admin) window and run:

net start WinDefend
