When i try to open my 7z file a error shows up saying specify command i have tried all the solutions on YouTube but nothings working. Any solution?

How to open a .7z file

When you right click the 7z file does it give an option to Open archive. If so do that and you should see the file within the 7z archive.

If you can see the file in the archive you should have the option to Extract on the toolbar.

Edit:

You need to select Show more options to see the 7 zip option.

 

7z files associated with Adobe Reader.

Open a Command Prompt window and type:

reg delete "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.7z" /f

Reassociate .7z files with 7-Zip.

See if that fixes the problem.
