    Hi what is this error code. i got the free software when i purchased a blu ray player that supports 4k ultra..... i cannot play this blu ray...then it asks if i want to play it in a below setting SDX or something and it STILL WON'T PLAY. can you help me play my 4k ultra blu ray videos. My settings show that I think my display even tho i bought as 4k does not support HDR. Thats ok if i could just play it anyway in a below standard way. can you help

    I have Windows 10 computer that came with CyberLink Power Media Player 14 already installed. I have used it a couple times to watch DVDs. 2 days ago it wouldn't open and so I went to the dvd in file explorer and right click, left click on play with CyberLink
    Power Media Player 14 and could hear the audio playing from the dvd even though the player wasn't open. Task Manager only showed that task manager was open while the audio of the dvd was playing and the only way I got the audio to stop was by taking the dvd
    out. I factory reset the computer since I still haven't installed anything on it. Immediately after it rebooted, I ran into the same problem again. The player will not open, but will play audio if I right click open the dvd and task manager shows that the
    media player isn't open.

    I tried to play a dvd I burned using adobe premier 14. But the cyberlink power dvd says it won't support this type of disk is this a formatting perreoblem becayse I tried to format the disks by right clicking on the dvd drive and formatting but they still
    won't play. I know the drive I am using works because I could play back a teaching dvd using it jusyt not the disks I buy and try to burn myself what am I doing wrong?
