Windows 10: When i try to play a Video the color doesnt show. It started a while ago and i cant figure...

I have an HP laptop with Windows 10 Idk if it matters and one day i went to youtube and i noticed there was no color so i tried to restart it and it stayed the same. I have tried going into settings and I have switched almost every color setting around to see if it would bring the color back and it wont. It doesn't affect any other part of my Computer just the Video Playback which is wat bugs me. And I can tell the Computer wants to show the color cause there is a light flicker of color every few seconds but other than that it is Black and gray, unless there is a lot of red which shows as pink.

To assist you better, please answer the following questions:

• Which is the media player you are trying to play the video?
• What is the format of the video file you are trying to play?

I suggest you to run the video in the Windows media player
and check.

If the issue still persist, you may check for any pending updates and install it, then check if you can play the video. To check for the update and install the updates, please follow the below steps:

• Go to Start menu, and type Windows updates and press Enter.
• Click on Check for updates, Windows will check for any pending updates and shows on the screen after this. Select install to install the updates.

Start Menu background color customize

Hi,

You can change the background color of the the Start menu on Settings. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Choose Personalization.
• Select Colors.
• Under Show color on Start, taskbar, and action center, switch the slider to
  On.
• After switching the slider to On, you can now pick what color you want or you can click the
  Automatically pick an accent color from my background checkbox to make Windows pick the color that complements the color of your desktop background.

Videos now appear in Black & White instead of color

Hi, for the last couple weeks, since my latest automatic updates, any videos I play -- even those on Facebook or Vimeo -- appear in B&W instead of color. Any PREVIEW of them shows in color, but the actual playback is in B&W.

I've obviously accidentally 'clicked a button', but can't figure out how to change it back. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I'm running Windows 10.
