    hey there, I have been trying to play games on my pc recently but every time i load into any online game, it bugs and glitches and gives me internet error messages. its really annoying when i try to play games like gta as i mainly play online. the only exception to this is that I can play on miencraft servers with 0 issue. i dont have any game settings different to anything i do in other games so I'm just wondering if anyone can help fix the issue. after performing multiple speed tests it shows that im more than capable of playing most, if not all, of the games that I want to play. i never pla

    In order to assist properly, kindly answer the following questions:

    • On which website are you trying to play the game? What is the title of the game?
    • Have you tried using other browsers like Edge?
    • What error message are you getting?
    • Can you provide more details on the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
    • Are you experiencing that same thing using other PCs?

    Xbox controller suddenly not working with some games on PC

    I've been using my wired Xbox controller to play games on my PC, and several weeks ago, it suddenly stopped working correctly - but only with some games. With Dead by Daylight and Fall Guys, the controller works fine, but not with Fortnite or Minecraft. With Fortnite, for example, the joystick acts like the sensitivity is cranked up to 300%. Pushing the right bumper button to switch weapons also opens my inventory. Pushing the left joystick to sprint opens an onscreen keyboard. The menu button doesn't work at all. The on screen control prompts will suddenly shift to show the mouse/keyboard prompts. Issues in Minecraft are similar; attempting to use an item with the trigger will only work intermittently.

    I have verified that the games are set up to take controller input, and it's not that the controller doesn't work at all or that the PC fails to recognize it. Attempts to fix to date have included:

    * Ensuring the driver software is up to date

    * Updating controller firmware
    * Testing with a different controller
    * Using a different USB port
    * Using a different USB cord

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
