    When I try to remove Windows Hello Face, I get the error "Something went wrong. Try again...


    I would very much like to remove Windows Hello Face from my device. However, when I go to settings>accounts>sign-in options, the Window Hello Face option displays the following messages:

    • This option is currently unavailable
    • Something went wrong. Try again later.

    Furthermore, the option to remove Windows Hello Face is grayed out. I've tried updating Windows and a handful of other strategies but nothing seems to be working. Please help!

    Something went wrong, Please try again later. (Win10 Upgrade)

    I was getting the same error message that something went wrong and try again later. As suggested, I went to the Windows Update icon in the control panel and found that Windows 10 was still downloading. I imagine when this is complete I will be able to
    go to the next step. I think the "next step" is showing prematurely and you have to wait for the download to finish.
