Windows 10: when i try to send something from the desktop

ok this may sound weird but ill try th e best i can to explain when i try to send something to someone from the desktop there are times when i do not find what i want to send in the bottom right corner it says all supported files and it does not show all the files unless i click on all files is there away to have it say all files all, the time i tried deleting the others but could not i ll try to send you a photo of what i mean but if possible can someone re,mote connect and help me with it see bottom right where it says all supported instead of all files how

Please provide more information before we proceed.

• Does this issue occurs while sending message to all phone or is it particular while sending message to specific phone?
• Does this issue occurs while sending message from phone to Windows 10 desktop?

You may also try installing the updates for Windows desktop and android phone and check if it works as expected.

Please post back with the information asked and the result for better suggestion.

Here's mine after I rt clk'd on my Documents Folder like you show in Scrsht 11:




I'd like to wait until you reply to my question in Scrsht 12, if it is a remnant of the process try deleting the one on the dsktp and see if the one in send to also disappears. If it stays in send to, test it, and if you're still having problems I'd suggest you could go back to: Option One: To Add or Remove Items in Send To context menu for Your Account (current user) and do Step 3 to remove it and start over using Step 4 but be very careful of your steps in creating the shortcut and be sure you d&d that shortcut to the send to part of the address.

I'm busy today and I probably won't be back until the evening.
