Windows 10: When I try to sign in it says the profsvc failed to sign in user profile cannot be loaded...

Whenever I try to sign in it says that i have tried to go into safe mode and sign in and it says im not and administrator i dont know how to change that or who the administrator is. I have also tried to reinstall windows entirely but my disk space is too low.

After latest windows update, the system became extremely slow. Upon resetting it, I get the below error:

The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

I cannot login using any of the users. Please suggest what can be done.

After resetting my pc windows 10 pro after resetting my windows 10 pro PC>local reinstall>remove everything after that I couldn't sign-in it would just say

I thought that I just had to go into safe mode w/ cmd and run the command net user administrator/active:yes so I tried it. But then I didn't know what to do next... So I'm here asking for help, please assist me in fixing my pc, I had read another post suggesting to reinstall the system via USB, but I don't have a USB, is there any way to fix it w/o a USB?
