Windows 10: when i try to type two vowels in a row it deletes both of them

Words that contain repeating letters like green and wood have 2 repeating vowels. On my Pc, when I try to type those words the second I type the second vowel it deletes both of the letters.I have searched the web but could not find people with the same issue. Please help.

You can type these marks by using "combining diacritical marks" with the appropriate Unicode values. For example, the combining mark for the "shva" vowel ( ְ ) has the Unicode value U+05B0. To type it, you need to enter the consonant and then the corresponding combining mark. You can find a list of Unicode codes for Hebrew vowels and diacritical marks online, which you can copy and paste as needed.
   
2. Enable On-Screen Keyboard: The On-Screen Keyboard is a built-in Windows utility that displays an on-screen keyboard you can use with your mouse to input characters. To access it, go to the Start menu, open Settings, and navigate to Ease of Accessibility > Keyboard > On-Screen Keyboard. how can i type spanish accented vowels?

is there a simple way to generate an accented vowel while using ENG keyboard? i also installed espanol keyboard, but cant see how to make accented vowels. i want to be able to add accented vowel just occasionally, if typing to spanish friends, not in word
docs, but in email and facebook etc
