I've already tried restarting my laptop but it wont work. I'm trying to install update KB4534310 so I'm able to play Roblox. I'm not sure how to screenshot it. I get the error KB4534310 when I try to launch roblox. It says its a version error and my computer is too outdated. It fails to install updates when I go to the update menu in the control panel.

Why is the green progress bar stuck

I am using mkvtoolnix to make mkv files from hevc mp4 files. I opened my movie folder and then I ran mkvtoolnix and I made the first mkv file and I saved it to the movie folder. All was ok. After that I made the second mkv file and I saved it to the movie folder. After that I did alt tab to the movie folder and I saw that the green progress bar was stuck moving from left to right in the address bar on the top and it's not going away. I thought that mkvtoolnix made a bad mkv file. I pressed shift delete on the second mkv file that I made, the delete prompt showed, I said yes and the file was deleted. I pressed shift delete on the first mkv file that I made but no delete prompt showed. I pressed shift delete multiple times. Nothing happened. I clicked on restart and I then all the delete prompts showed under what will be closed if I the laptop is resarted and then the laptop restarted. After that I went to the movie folder, there was no stuck green progress bar in the address bar and I was able to delete the first mkv file by shift delete. I created a new folder and I copied a hevc mp4 file to it and I ran mkvtoolnix and I made an mkv file. All was ok. I copied another hevc mp4 file to the new folder and I made another mkv file. The same problem happened again and the green progress bar was stuck moving from left to right in the address bar. I logged out of windows and I signed back in. The green progress bar went away and I deleted all the mkv files from the new folder. After that I guessed that if an mkv file was made while the folder was open then that could make the green progress bar stuck and it doesn't go away. I made 3 mkv files while the new folder was closed and then I opened the new folder. All was ok. I checked the integrity of the 3 mkv fles. They are ok and they are not corrupted. After that I copied the 3 mkv files to a folder on an external hard disk and they were successfully but then the green progress bar showed in the address bar and it's stuck and it's not going away. I signed out of windows, signed back in, opened the folder on the external hard disk, all was ok, i deleted the 3 mkv files and I copied them again to that folder. All was ok. It looks like the mkv files are not corrupted. If they were corrupted then I won't be able to copy them to the external hard disk because the file copy will freeze and the stuck green progress bar in the address bar will come again after I restart the laptop. That has happened to me in the past when mkvtoolnix made a corrupted mkv file. Thus I think that something is interfering in the background when windows explorer is trying to read a hevc mkv file. My guess is that my antivirus program is sometimes having problems scanning hevc mkv files when they are newly created and that is not letting the green progress bar finish moving from left to right in the address bar and I have to interrupt the auto scan for new files by signing out of windows then signing back in\restarting so there is no auto scan the next time I open the folder and windows explorer is able to read hevc mkv files. Am I correct?

Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

    • Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

    • Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

When I try to update my windows 7 professional laptop, the progress bar will get stuck at 0...

    Update Bug Stuck at 0%

Using Nokia Lumia 520 with Windows Phone 8.

I used "phone update"; it said updates are available for my phone.

But the update process is now perpetually stuck at 0%. I see this message:

    "phone update

    Update status

    _________________________________________

    Downloading updates 0%"

This message always remains whenever I visit the phone update screen (has been stuck for the last 3 days!).

The progress bar is stuck at 0% - it isn't downloading any updates or making any progress at all.

There is no option on the screen to cancel this update process and to start again.

The only two options below the progress indicator bar are two tick boxes:

"[ ] Tell me when updates are available for my phone" and "[ ] Automatically download updates if my data settings allow it".

I have tried checking and un-checking these boxes; I've also tried turning off/on the WiFi and Data Connection.

I even shut off the phone completely, but when I turn it back on and go to Settings > Phone Update, it's still stuck on "Downloading updates 0%" !!

I am able to browse the Internet on the phone. WiFi and regular data connection are both working fine.

    Thank you for your help!
