N95 video calling

No error message appears. The call just simply doesn't happen. It goes back to my contacts list (from where I am selecting the video call option).

 

3G video call

Please provide us additional information:

  What happens when try to place a video call?
  
• 
  Do you receive any error code?
  

I suggest you to enable Adobe Flash player on Microsoft Edge and check:

• 
  Open Microsoft Edge, click on
  More actions at the right top corner.
  
• 
  Click on Settings, click on
  View Advance Settings under Advance Settings.
  
• 
  Turn on Adobe Flash Player.
