    Windows hasn't loaded correctly

    My PC was working fine until I tried to download aura sync to adjust the settings of my rgb motherboard. There was a message saying that I had to restart to complete the install, so I did that. When the computer started up again it worked fine for a few
    seconds and then froze on the desktop. After turning it off and on a few times a message appeared saying "Windows hasn't loaded correctly." None of the options listed on that blue screen have helped.

    How do I fix this?

    Windows 10 crashes keep getting a blue Windows recovery screen that states that windows did not appear to load correctly

    Hi Ruth,

    I wanted to follow up with you regarding this issue. The computer ran fine for about a week and now it is back to the same issue. I am not sure why, but if I leave the computer on and it is not used, for several hours, it will go back to the blue screen
    and state that windows did not appear to load correctly. If I go into the advanced options, sometimes I can get the system to go back to windows but usually it will just crash. It also crashes if I select restart my pc and I have to force the computer to
    turn off. When I turn the computer back on, windows appears to load correctly and I can use the pc without issue.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    I have been having this error all day a blue screen saying "Your pc did not start correctly" nothing I have tried has worked, and I was attempting a full reset removing all files, which was on 2 percent this fails and I have no idea what I'm gonna do. I'm
    on windows 10, using a hp 15 r011na and safeboot does not load plus no cd was given to me when the pc was bought. The pc starts saying something along the lines of diagnosing your pc plus when the reset failed it said reset failed on a blue screen.
