    lockscreen wallpaper doesnt change, stays same as background picture

    when I set wallpaper on lockscreen it doesn't change at all,rather than it shows wallpaper which I kept on homescreen when I open my windows device (laptop) ,after that when I put on sleep mode on device an then after open device then only it show wallpaper
    which I set ..it is problem or it program like that only

    Lockscreen Wallpaper is missing

    After the recent update my pc is showing a black lockscreen instead of windows spotlight.... this problem is only when i select windows spotlight. If i select any other picture other than spotlight for lock screen then I am getting the wallpaper correctly,
    but when i choose spotlight as lockscreen and sign in page it is not showing the image.

    I'm facing lockscreen lag and takes long time to show lockscreen wallpaper after updating to 1909. I don't have this problem in previous version also same times the lockscreen becomes black and takes long time to turn on my laptop
