    When I turnon my computer A message pops-up.What dose it mean and How do I fix it?


    I'm getting a message when I turn on my computer. I'm not sure what it means or how to fix it. I hope you can help me.


    - RED X- OPTIMIZE DRIVE

    STORAGE OPTIMIZATION REQUIRES ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES.

    TO PERFORM THIS TASK, YOU MUST LOG ON USING AD ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT .


    I have log on to my Microsoft Account but I'm not sure what to do after I log on. Please guide me in fixing this.

    Error Message? What does it mean?

    Hi there Castiel. From the looks of it I think you have a not so bad, but about to be bad case of spyware. I had this issue a few weeks ago and it got really bad and I got the same error message. Try downloading and running a boot time scan of Spybot (below). Then also try to run the Smitfraud Fix. Smitfraud fix is targeted directly at a certain trojan that is very commonly found all over the internet. Let me know how it goes *Toast :toast:
