    When I uninstall antivirus, my Windows damaged


    HiMy laptop has windows 8.1 installed from the HP Company.I install anti-virus and it had one year to expired.after one year I had to uninstall the anti-virus. I uninstall it correctly from Control Panel> All Control Panels Items> Programs and Features. But after I install the anti-virus immediately, windows 8.1 had been damaged and I lost the original version of Microsoft Office Programs and there were a kind of a windows file missing. Windows website catch my windows as there is a probleme and the website sent me a message that there was a windows file missing.I didn't know how to retu

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused When I uninstall antivirus, my Windows damaged :confused:

    uninstall of Kaspersky Antivirus

    Follo the steps

    go to control panel >> Program uninstall >>click on uninstall icon>> select that antivirus >> change/ uninstall program

    Avira Antivirus

    Windows cannot send updates due to Avira Antivirus (not Aviva) - they suggest uninstalling Avira but it is not listed and I am not aware that I ever downloaded it. Presume its some sort of malware - any suggestions please if anyone has had the same problem
