Windows 10: When i use ctrl i cant select more than one text. Please help

When i use ctrl i cant select more than one text. it doesnt happens on explorer, cause i can select more than one file using the ctrl, but in other apps i cant use that tool. I need to use this so much because im studying coding so... if someone can help me, please do it.

Thanks for your reply but the following shortcuts dont work on nokia e-5 when i select text and try to copy while composing an sms or email



General shortcuts

• Ctrl + C - Copy text.
• Ctrl + V - Paste text.
• Ctrl + X - Cut text.
• Ctrl + A - Select all.

• Navigate to Settings > Keyboard and
• Select the desired language.
• Select the Option to turn off the “suggest text”

Why Windows 10 don't goes to login screen after CTRL+ALT+DELETE?

CTRL+ALT+DELETE will open you log-in screen in Windows 10 too. I suggest you to try pressing
Ctrl+SHIFT+Esc key and check if it opens the Task manager. If issue persist, I suggest you to try below given steps and check if it works.

This issue may occur due to some system file corruption.
I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
• In Command prompt type sfc/scannow and press enter.
• Restart the computer.

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

• Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
• In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  • Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
