When I was editing a really important video, it just... closed! and I am NOT ABLE TO FIND IT. This is annoying and I want to fix this.There was 0 workload in my PC and it is also powerful with a Core i3.* Original title: Video editor is a piece of junk.

IE favourites names too long to import - need to edit html

I appreciate you for providing the details of the issue.

I suggest you to perform below steps, if you are comfortable in editing html file.

Follow the steps below.

• Right Click on Favorites file and Click on Open with Notepad.
• Edit and shorten Favorite name after the Url link.
• Click on Save.

To import file try the below step.

• 
  Open Internet Explorer.
  
• 
  Click on the Star > "Add to Favorites" drop-down > "Import and Export"
  
• 
  Mark a box "Import from a file".
  
• 
  Click the Next button.
  
• 
  Mark a box "Favorites".
  
• 
  On the next screen, using a Browse button find a file "bookmarks.html", highlight it, and click OPEN.
  
• 
  Click on "Next" button.
  
• 
  Click on "Import" button.
  
• 
  Click on "Finish" button.
  

Disclaimer: Make sure to backup Favorites file.

"import" doesn't show up in Photos

I understand that you are unable to import photos in the Photos App from your iPhone. Please let us know the details:

• Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• Were you able to import the photos earlier?
  

I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to import photos to your PC.



However, as you have mentioned that the app closes automatically, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and see if that helps.

Importing videos from camcorder

Hi Jim,

Just to clarify, share the information.

1. Which player are you using to play the videos?
2. Is this issue confined to any specific video or with all the videos?
3. Were you able to import the videos successfully to your computer?

I suggest you to set Windows Media Player as default program and check.

• Type “Default Programs” in the search bar.
• Click Set your default programs
• In the Programs list, click Windows Media Player, and then click Setthis program as default.
• Click Ok.
