When i was resetting my pc it was stuck on 9% for an hour when i restarted my pc it opens with an operating system then when i choose the windows 10 vol 3 it keeps on restarting. And when i choose change default or choose other options its says there is bo administrator found and then i also have to restart the pc

My pc is stuck at Black screen with cursor

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out

 

Reset PC windows 10 stuck at 46% for 9 hours

My laptop updated to windows 10 for a month after i got notification that my laptop is compatible with windows 10 (from windows 7 starter). Im using toshiba satelite c600.

Everything's fine before i got malware. I want to reinstall to remove all viruses and malware so i choose "remove everything". But, resetting this pc is stuck at 46% for already 9 hours and what should i do to make my laptop back? I need any assistance.

I don't have a DVD installation because i update windows 10 from notification.

 

My PC runs for few hours then restart and stuck in restarting loop

My PC was running perfectly last night, I shut it down after work and when I tried to boot it again next morning it got stuck in restarting loop after few minutes of using.

Then I tried update windows and installing windows 11 hoping it will fix the problem but it didn't.

Then I tried turn off auto restart from windows system but it didn't work.

Then I open my PC cleaned my RAMs and put them back in and tried to boot and it worked perfectly for almost 4 hours.

After working for 4 hours it's stuck again in restarting loop.

So it's a restarting loop OR booting loop.

Sometimes works for few minutes and the problem starts.

Sometimes works for few hours and the problem starts.

Sometimes the PC just get stuck on booting loop.

Anyone can please help??
