Windows 10: When im playing games on my laptop after around 10 or 20 minutes my fps drops to 10-5 and...

I use a V15-IIL Laptop Lenovo - Type 82C5 for around 2-3 years normally i had no problem with my device and it couldve run the games i played. Now it started to drop its fps to 10-5 after only 10 minutes of gameplay and its really annoying. It doesnt change from game to game. It does this in every game. I tried almost everything.

fps drops to 5-10 every 2 minutes

so i have a nice enough config to play games at atleast 90-120 fps on medium setting i even get that fps but after like just 2-3 minutes fps drops to 5-10 for like 10 seconds and then back to normal but this keeps happening every 2 minutes its obviously unbearable

 

games is fine for 10-20 mins and and the fps drop to 1 or 2 fps

when im play, the game is fine for 10 20 mins and then it drop to 1 fps, after that the system start to lag, the fans start go crazy.

i always had to restart . could anyone help me ?

When I'm playing, the game drops to 5 fps and after 1 minute it returns to normal. I already formatted the pc and still continue.
